Reusable 1/16” (1.6mm) intake manifold and gasket set for the Mitsubishi 3.0l DOHC 6g72 engine. Compatible with turbo and non-turbo variants of the 6g72 DOHC engines. May also fit the SOHC 6g72 engine but not currently verified.
Made from PTFE, these gaskets have very good chemical resistances, a broad thermal operating range of -400-500°F (-240-260°C) and will act as insulators; possibly decreasing the temperature of the intake manifold and incoming air.
Includes 3 gaskets: 2 for the manifold to head surfaces and 1 for the plenum to manifold surface.
***Not compatible with Nitromethane blends***
(PTFE is resistant to nitromethane but there are other additives in the fuel blends that can dissolve the gaskets.)
